As a brand marketer, content creator and intranet channel manager at NYU Langone Health from 2022 to 2025, I produced world-class marketing projects, features and expert Q&As with medical professionals, supporting institutional goals and values.
An exceptional communicator, interviewer + cross-department collaborator, I wrote marketing copy on the hospital’s initiatives — such as partnerships that delivered meals to home-bound patients, programs teaching staffers the art of “the patient experience,” and the hospital’s annual back-to-school backpacks fundraiser — often spotlighting projects that benefit NYU Langone Health’s underserved communities.
As part of my role, I profiled staffers in virtually every position in the hospital, including exemplary nurses and doctors (breast cancer experts, heart surgeons, brain specialists); EMTs; physical therapists; transporters; longtime executive assistants; dentists; psychologists and social workers; and colleagues featured in the institution’s “Exceptionalism in Action” campaign.
Other responsibilities:
— Used SharePoint daily to build client pages, cropping photos + directing web elements
— Ghostwrote leadership letters and promotion posts, produced slide shows, and brainstormed new angles on quarterly and annual events
— Increased Brooklyn vertical’s page visibility 200%: my articles were regularly featured in the hospital’s EVP in his leadership letter and promoted on NYU Langone social media
